GP Education Documents
You will be asked to sign in to the system before you can use it. Access is via a userid and password. Please liaise with the designated contact for details of what these are.
Administration Users
Click on this link - Administrator sign in - You will be prompted for your Bournemouth University staff username. Please enter your username preceded by staff\ followed by your password. Please note your password is cASe sENsiTIve. When you have successfully logged on you will be able to select a file from your hard drive, upon clicking upload you will be asked to add information about the document including name, description and dates available. You will then be asked to select the project areas where you would like the document to be shown. Once you have entered these details please select Save.
Guest Users
Click on this link - Guest Sign In - you will then see a Welcome to Document Management message and be prompted to enter your userid and password. When you have successfully logged on you will see a My Projects message, together with the project sections you are permitted to view. You can then close this window by clicking on the X in the top right hand corner of the browser window which will return you to this window.
