Eportfolio
The learner has to keep a competency based training record, all filed in an electronic portfolio. This portfolio will have parts which can be accessed by the educational supervisor, some areas accessible to national authorities (Deanery, RCGP and Quality Assurance) as well as a “private” space for the learner only.
In essence it is about personal and professional development, learning from the experiences in your training career and recording this learning electronically.
